Algebra I

Algebra I is a continuation of the core principles of pre-algebra (i.e. solving equations, functions and graphing), but also introduces new concepts that are key to continued high school level math. New ideas include such topics as: systems of linear equations and inequalities, advanced factorization, and quadratic & exponential functions. Teachers will work closely with students to provide a better understanding of this important subject.

Students are given practice problems, both in class and for homework, giving them the opportunity to practice and master the material.
