Perfect Writing

What is Perfect Writing?

Writing well helps your child improve schoolwork, enjoy self-expression and become more self-reliant. Perfect Writing is a one-on-one writing workshop that will enhance students’ writing skills through a variety of topics and essay styles. Students learn the characteristics of different styles of writing, including descriptive, expository and persuasive, and study these styles in-depth. This program is for students in grades 3 through 12.

Students will be given assignments every class from a wide range of possible topics. They will complete their first draft on their own. Instructors will then go over the assignment with the student in detail and with a strong emphasis on writing structure, style, and grammar. Students will receive invaluable advice on their writing and learn how to write from a diverse variety of styles and formats.

The goal of this class is for students to strengthen all areas of their writing and gain confidence in their own writing talent, for their school education, standardized tests, and in their everyday life.
